Refund policy

Nungra Nibbles does not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return you must return the unopened product to us. Generally, the most cost-effective method is to purchase a small prepaid satchel. As soon as the parcel is received your refund will be processed. You will receive a full refund for your entire order, less anything you've opened. We do not refund shipping costs.

Our policy term is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.*Please note goods that are damaged cannot be refunded. Please take care to pack your returned items.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Clothing

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it not being collected from the post office after Australia Posts allowed period of holding time, we cannot offer a refund as we are charged for the order to be sent back to us. We can however offer to re-ship the order back out to you if you cover the re-shipping costs.

Nungra Nibbles will refund your order in full (less postage) if you didn't like or are unsatisfied with your order and want your money back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nungranibbles@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
